Our Story

Rocky's Famous Treats first started with one picky and allergic rescue dog, Rocky the aussie. We now have two rescue aussies, several quality treats and chews to choose from, and a mission to provide quality treats to your furry companions.

When rescuing Rocky, our Aussie, he came with a skin infection, severe itching, and was chewing his paw pads raw. His vet realized he had a few severe food allergies. He was prescribed allergy medicine. We started creating our own dog treats the same day. We made way too much and gave some away, which everyone loved and kept asking for more, as their dogs preferred ours over big name brand treats. Rocky now does not even have to take his allergy medicine due to singling out ingredients that were causing the problem. 

It is very important to us to provide ONLY limited ingredient and single ingredient treats. We also only make our treats in small, handcrafted batches and do not use chemical preservatives. The very few natural preservatives we use actually have benefits for dogs. Rocky's Famous Treats selection is perfect for dogs with allergies, picky eaters, and sensitive stomachs just like Rocky!
